FIT HABITAT SPORTS SERVICES L.L.C. provides personal training and fitness-related services, including personal training at homes, residential or building gyms, outdoor locations, offices and other agreed locations, subject to availability and service-area coverage.

- Strength and Conditioning
- Mobility and Fitness Programmes

- Other fitness services offered by Fit Habitat
2. Website Enquiries and Bookings
Submitting a form or contacting Fit Habitat does not automatically guarantee a booking, trainer assignment or appointment.
A booking is considered confirmed only after confirmation from Fit Habitat and, where applicable, completion of the required payment or booking process.
Trainer availability, locations and schedules may vary.
3. AED 99 Trial + Assessment
Where advertised, the AED 99 Trial + Assessment offer is subject to availability and applicable promotional conditions.
The trial session may include an initial consultation, fitness assessment and/or training session depending on the programme and trainer.
The AED 99 trial does not automatically enrol the client into a long-term training package.
Any additional sessions or packages will be subject to their applicable prices and terms.
4. Training Packages and Promotional Pricing
Package prices, session quantities and promotional offers displayed on our website or communicated by Fit Habitat are subject to availability and the applicable offer conditions.
Promotional prices may be changed, extended, withdrawn or replaced without notice for future purchases.
Once a package has been confirmed and purchased, the applicable purchase price and package terms will apply.
5. Scheduling
Training sessions are arranged according to trainer and client availability.
Clients are expected to attend sessions at the agreed date, time and location.
Clients who need to cancel or reschedule a session should provide reasonable advance notice.
Specific cancellation and rescheduling conditions may apply to individual packages and promotional offers.
6. Trainer Matching
Fit Habitat will make reasonable efforts to match clients with a suitable trainer based on factors including:
- Training goals
- Location
- Trainer availability
- Preferred trainer gender, where available
- Training requirements
- Trainer qualifications and specialisation
A particular trainer or preference cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed by Fit Habitat.
7. Training Location
Training may take place at:
- The client’s home
- A residential or building gym
- An outdoor location
- An office or workplace gym
- Another mutually agreed location
The location must be reasonably suitable and safe for the agreed training activities.
Any applicable access, travel or location requirements will be communicated before confirmation where relevant.
8. Health, Fitness and Safety
Personal training involves physical activity and carries inherent risks.
Clients are responsible for informing Fit Habitat and their trainer about relevant:
- Medical conditions
- Injuries
- Physical limitations
- Medications
- Previous injuries
- Other circumstances that may affect safe participation
Clients should seek appropriate medical advice before beginning an exercise programme where necessary.
Fit Habitat’s trainers provide fitness and exercise guidance and do not replace doctors, medical professionals or other qualified healthcare providers.
Clients should immediately inform their trainer if they experience pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath or any other concerning symptom during exercise.
9. Fitness Results
Individual fitness results vary between clients.
Results may depend on factors including:
- Training consistency
- Nutrition
- Lifestyle
- Recovery
- Starting fitness level
- Individual circumstances
Testimonials, transformations and examples displayed on our website represent individual experiences and do not guarantee that another client will achieve the same results.
10. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information when making an enquiry or booking
- Inform Fit Habitat of relevant health or physical limitations
- Follow reasonable trainer instructions
- Attend scheduled sessions on time
- Treat trainers and staff respectfully
- Provide a reasonably safe training environment when training at a private location
- Follow applicable rules of residential buildings, gyms or other training locations
11. Conduct and Safety
Fit Habitat reserves the right to refuse, suspend or discontinue services where a client’s conduct creates a serious safety concern or involves harassment, abuse, threats, inappropriate behaviour or other conduct that may endanger trainers, staff or other clients.
12. Payments
Where payment is required, the applicable price and payment method will be communicated during the booking or purchase process.
Clients are responsible for completing required payments using the approved payment method.
13. Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions may vary depending on the training package, promotional offer and applicable booking terms.
Clients should review the applicable cancellation and refund conditions before purchasing a training package.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable UAE law.
14. Website Content and Offers
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information displayed on our website is accurate and current.
However, trainer availability, service areas, pricing, promotional offers, descriptions and other website information may change.
Fit Habitat reserves the right to correct errors, update information and modify or discontinue website content or promotional offers.
